We had a simple warm up that killed my abs. We had all pretty much stretched out and then we were told the warm up was 20 pull ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats. After that we all got in a circle and held a plank position while one by one we took turns low crawling underneath everyone until we got back to our original position, then it was back in plank and the next persons turn.
The class itself I felt really good with we refreshed the sweep we learned last week and added an arm bar to it, then it was sparring. First no gi then in gi. I felt pretty good with my performance. I was starting to see openings for submissions and was able to actually practice my transitions rather than just getting stuck on my back the whole time fighting off side mount and knee on belly.
